Watch this clip and then answer the questions below.
1.  This clip has a moment that occurs that is completely improvised.  It is the moment that Richard Gere closes the necklace case on Julia's fingers.  The director kept the moment because of the authentic reaction from Julia Roberts.  Why is it good for an actor to be sharp at improvisation?
2.  In class we have had many discussions about the importance of improvisation.  What is the most important rule? Give an example of the rule being used successfully.
3. In a paragraph, write down what you like and dislike about improvisation.
